Liked the room with air conditioning, my bed was comfortable.

Even though everything was excellent, some of the staff were poorly trained.

This place is nice, the staff is friendly and there's even a salad bar. the rooms are super clean with beautiful hardwood floors, everything is just awesome! 🌟

The services were excellent. I was there for 1 night and ate at casual restaurant for lunch. I enjoyed its marvellous location right by major crossroads and fly overs, the gym is well worth a visit and the domestic airport.

The staff is incredible and accommodating. The breakfast is good. The location near Vila Mariana, the bakery, and Ibirapuera Park is marvelous. The beds are comfortable and there is a minibar in the room. There is a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control in the room. The ambience is quiet, and the views of the park are amazing.

the hotel was pleasant, exceptionally clean offered satisfactory breakfasts and had a favourable location adjacent to the big park. the service was very efficient with parking on site. location: the venue was very close to the metro station.

The hotel had a luxurious feel to it, with a beautiful white marble lobby and elegant interior in the rooms. The rooms were well-equipped for work, with a separate office area, and the room service was of very good quality. The hotel also offered a great breakfast spread with a variety of tropical fruits. The location was convenient, near the Ibirapuera Park, which was a nice place for walks or runs.

The city's traffic was a major drawback, with long travel times to reach the hotel from different parts of the city. It took me an hour to cover just 8 kilometers one night.

The check-in process at Grand Mercure was efficient and the staff spoke good English. Despite arriving early, they immediately allocated a room for me. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a powerful shower, though it could benefit from some modernization.
